Warranty
Paper Shoot products are covered under a warranty for one (1) year from the date of receipt, ensuring they are free from defects in materials or workmanship.
Please note:
- Damaged cases or issues caused by wear and tear are not included in the warranty coverage.
- The warranty is limited to free repair or replacement of defective products within the warranty period.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers should email hello@papershoot.au or contact Paper Shoot Official at service@papershoot.com for assistance.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the defective product to us or to Paper Shoot Taiwan if the defect arises after use.
The warranty will not apply under the following conditions:
- The warranty period has expired.
- The product has been installed, maintained, or operated in ways not recommended by Paper Shoot.
- The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized service centers or personnel.
- The defect resulted from misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the product manual instructions.
- The defect was caused by Force Majeure events.
For any out of warranty (one year after receipt / receiving your item) repair service, the buyer has to send the defective product to Paper Shoot Official (Taiwan) at their own expense.
