We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, so we offer two types of returns: Change Of Mind and Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival Returns.
Change Of Mind
Most of our products can be returned within 7 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be in good, unused condition and include all original parts and packaging. Change of mind returns will be refunded using the original payment method or store credit.
Please Note: The change of mind return option is not intended for defective items.
Conditions for Standard Return:
- Item(s) must be in original, unused condition.
- You're welcome to test the product, but please ensure it is returned in its original condition, without any physical damage to the product or packaging.
- All original parts and packaging must be included.
- Change of mind returns must include all of the items you've received including any complements / free items from us.
- If the item has been used and is not returned in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price will apply.
Return Process for Standard Return:
- Send the email to hello@papershoot.au with Title "RETURN-#order number".
- Our customer service team will provide you a return label within 2-3 business days after initiating the return. Please Note: Business days are 9 AM - 5 PM (AEDT) Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends. A return started after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day. If a return is initiated after 2 PM on Friday, the return will start processing on Monday of the following week.
Shipping Information:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all change of mind orders.
- Any duties or taxes incurred on the return will be deducted from the refund total.
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please inform us immediately. Our customer service team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to verify the issue. Once we confirm the item is defective, we will provide you with a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order, please inform us immediately. Our customer service team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to verify the issue. Once we confirm the item is defective, we will provide you with a replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Items like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)cannot be returned and refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any shipping fee already paid to Paper Shoot Australia is non-refundable.
